This highly anticipated celebration\, held in Plymouth—the official Cheese Capital of the World—has drawn thousands of visitors over the past 18 years\, bringing the community together to ring in the New Year. The event\, sponsored by the Sartori Company\, will feature the iconic lowering of a giant wedge of Sartori’s award-winning Sarvecchio Parmesan Cheese at 10:00 p.m. Please join us New Year’s Eve\, Wednesday\, December 31st\, at the Plymouth Arts Center. \nThe celebration will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the PAC Greatroom\, with a live performance by the String Along Band.
